Having lunch in Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow, Scotland, for the Woodland Trust

Glasgow trees commission for the Woodland Trust

5th November, 2017. Charlotte, Iona and I have just spent the weekend in Glasgow shooting pictures to support the Woodland Trust’s campaign to promote the importance of city trees. Their role in improving air quality, provide shade and shelter, as well as creating a more enjoyable space, were central themes. The weather was much better than we would normally have expected for Glasgow so many of the people photos were lit with a combination of sunlight and my Elinchrom studio flash – my favourite combination.
